We completed this custom project for a builder recently at a property on the south end of Bayshore Blvd. We were able to match the existing gate of the property they own next door and install a complete access system for the new gate.

• Custom gate with scrolls matching gate next door.
• Built to look like a double gate but is actually a single leaf
• Residential swing gate operator with battery backup.
• In ground loop to prevent gate from closing on vehicles
• Photo eye a for pedestrian entrapment protection and as a secondary sensor for vehicles.
• Phone entry allows resident to receive calls and view photos of visitors at the gate. As well as remotely open and hold open the gate.
