We just finished a service call with a family in Plant City who’s operator had a small malfunction. The problem is that that small malfunction will cost them almost $700 dollars, Because the manufacturer doesn’t want to sell the $60 part that broke, they only want to sell the entire arm.
I can’t help out this family much but I can help you out. Ask whoever you get a quote from about replacement part costs. Part of our consideration when we recommend a product to you is that the replacement parts will be available and affordable.
… And of course the fence company that sold it to them would not respond to their calls.
